Art #00061 Description Tossa de Mar, a small Catalan village, became during the 1930's a place where international artists and intellectuals came together, leading Rafael Benet to call it the “Babel of the Arts.” In this setting, the magazine Art arose, with a classic layout, close to the lines of the cultural and aesthetic movement called Noucentisme, but avant-garde in its theoretical proposals. |
